It was then released in English on August 19, 2015. The app can be used to stay up to date on sale prices, as well as earn points for any purchases made in the app.

Players may also earn Portal App points by playing the Triple Triad Mini Game. Playing harder difficulties of the mini-game rewards more Portal App points. As Players earn these points, they are added to a monthly collection that can unlock various rewards in Final Fantasy mobile games.

The Final Fantasy Portal App can be downloaded from both the Apple Store and Google Play. There is also a companion website called the Final Fantasy Portal Site which mirrors the news part of the app but without the game or point system.
