The Rising, the annual in-game event that celebrates Final Fantasy XIV’s relaunch as A Realm Reborn, returns today! You can take in the sights and sounds of this year’s festivities now until September 11.
The Rising is basically FFXIV New Year's. Players can enjoy all the celebratory decor, catch a fireworks show as it lights up the nighttime sky, and do some light questing for cool event rewards. This year, head to the Upper Decks of Limsa Lominsa with a level 15 character and speak with the Wandering Minstrel (X:11.3, Y:13,7). Pick up and complete the “Rising to the Call” even questline and you’ll earn the Brush-up Krile minion and the Rising Table Lamp.
This year’s Rising marks Final Fantasy XIV’s eleventh anniversary. Congrats to the Final Fantasy XIV team and its community for 11 years of adventures!
