Life is Strange: Double Exposure, the next chapter in another popular Square Enix-published game series, is getting some Final Fantasy goodies. Pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition of the game gets you five bonus outfit packs, one of which is the Final Fantasy VII Outfit Pack which includes the Moogle hat and coat.
The Life is Strange team revealed Max Caufield’s Moogle-inspired winter wear on X (formerly Twitter). The oval eyes and rounded ears instantaneously explain the Final Fantasy VII branding as the teddy bear-esque design cues are taken straight out of Final Fantasy VII Remake and Rebirth. So, if you’ve finished Rebirth and feel like this special in-game ensemble is just what you need to alleviate your withdrawals, pre-ordering the Life is Strange: Double Exposure Ultimate Edition on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, or Steam will set you back $80.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure is being developed by Deck Nine and was announced during last month’s Xbox Games Showcase. It marks the return of Max Caufield, the main, playable character from the original Life is Strange. The game is scheduled to be released on October 29, 2024.
