It’s that time of year again according to today's Lodestone post! The Moonfire Faire seasonal event in Final Fantasy XIV is a community favorite for its beachy, summer themes and the fun and, often infuriating, jumping puzzles that come with it. This year, we’ll be hitting the beaches of Costa Del Sol beginning on August 8 and continuing until August 26.
For those skilled enough to complete the Moonfire Faire’s obstacle course and questline, you’ll earn yourself the Namazu-centric Uchiwasshoi Emote and the Bouncing Bomb Balloon, Based on the promotional art for this year’s event, Bombs are going to play a big role in the Moonfire Faire madness. We’ll have to wait and see how and why this classic Final Fantasy creature is so important.
To participate, head over to the Limsa Lominsa, Upper Decks with a level 30 character and chat with Maryaru Moyaru at X:11.5 Y:13.8. After picking up the quest “Fire Red, Beast Green,” the seasonal event madness can begin!
