The chocolaty Chocorpokkur mount, previously available during a 2021 Final Fantasy XIV and Butterfinger DLC promotion, is returning to celebrate Dawntrail’s July launch. This time, rare mount hunters won't have to buy candy bars to procure this rare mount, all you need to do is watch Twitch when the viewer rewards campaign begins on July 2 and runs through July 29.
Starting on July 2 at 1:00 a.m. PDT, log onto Twitch and watch participating Final Fantasy XIV streamers identified with the “Viewer Rewards” tag. After that, just enjoy the content as you’ll earn rewards based on how long you watch. In addition to the Chocorpokkur mount, there are a couple of other rewards you can earn for participating. Here’s what’s available and how much view time you need to put in to earn them.

Keep in mind that time watched is only counted for active stream viewing. This means that streams played in the background or on inactive tabs won’t be applicable. Now, six hours of viewing for a mount may seem unreasonable for those new to Twitch, but remember that watch time is cumulative over the course of the campaign. If short viewing intervals fit your schedule better and you'd like to do a little bit at a time, that's fine! You’ll have from July 2 to July 29 to get in your six hours of total viewing.
Once you hit a viewing milestone, reward codes will be sent to your Twitch notification inbox. You’ll then redeem those codes in the Mog Station using the “Enter Item Code” feature under the “Registration Codes” section of the account dashboard.
Also note that all Twitch viewers are able to earn reward codes for watching participating streams but only Final Fantasy XIV players who have registered full versions of the game can redeem them. This also applies to Final Fantasy XIV free trial users who will need to purchase and register the complete game to unlock the Chocorpokkur mount and other viewer campaign rewards.
