Those looking to watch the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Festival in Tokyo from home can now enjoy the special musical performances via livestream. This option was previously unavailable for the Fan Festivals held this year in Las Vegas and London.
While the ticket page won’t be going up until Monday, December 18, 2023, this is a welcomed change after fans watching from home were able to enjoy pretty much everything the 2023 Fan Festival's had to offer with the exception of Keiko’s piano performances and THE PRIMALS rock concerts. Now, for the cost of 3,500 yen or roughly $25, they’ll be able to see both shows during the Tokyo Fan Festival coming January 7 and January 8, 2024.
Keiko will be hitting the stage on Day 1 and is a renowned pianist in the Final Fantasy XIV world. Her work in a variety of piano collections has been enjoyed by fans since A Realm Reborn.
THE PRIMALS are the official rock band of Final Fantasy XIV and will be closing out Tokyo FanFest on Day 2. Led by sound director Masayoshi Soken, they just released their latest music video for “Dedicated to Moonlight,” a track in the newest arrangement album, “Forge Ahead.”
